I’d like to dedicate Power Exchange Weddings to my beloved friends Jim and Jon, a couple who epitomized love and commitment. To me, they set the gold standard for a good, healthy, loving relationship. Together for 15 years, it was a joy to be in their company. We lost Jon at age 38 to brain cancer. Although Jon lives on in our memory and hearts, our day-to-day lives are less bright without him. Having personally witnessed the depth of love between Jim and Jon, I know that kind of love is possible for us all, and that gives me hope.
